Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship all orders from the United States. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
United States (Standard) 5-7 business days
United States (Expedited) 2-3 business days
Canada 7-14 business days
International 14-28 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • United States: Free standard shipping on all orders
  • Expedited US Shipping: Additional $15.00 USD
  • Canada: Flat rate $25.00 USD
  • International: Calculated at checkout based on destination

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, shipping will begin when the product becomes available. We will notify you of the expected ship date and keep you updated on any changes.

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing
  • Some countries may have restrictions on importing certain products

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • Canada
  • Most international destinations (excluding restricted countries)

Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all components included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
  • Items with missing components or damaged packaging (unless damaged in shipping)
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@rushingrails.com with your order number
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address provided with the RMA number clearly marked

Return Shipping

  • Defective or damaged items: We will provide a prepaid shipping label
  • Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Refund Policy

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Refund Amount

  • Full refund: For items returned in original, unused condition
  • Partial refund: May be issued for items with minor signs of use or missing accessories
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

Pre-Order Cancellations

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the product ships
  • Once the order has shipped, standard return policies apply

Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Damage

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rushingrails.com
  2. Include photos of the damage and packaging
  3. Provide your order number and description of the issue

Resolution Options

For damaged or defective items, we offer:

  • Free replacement product shipped to you
  • Full refund including original shipping costs
  • Partial refund if you prefer to keep the item

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing of your exchange.
